He has held senior roles including Group CFO, Head of Finance, and Board Member at prominent organizations such as Wizz Financial, Finablr PLC, UAE Exchange, ICICI Bank, and Accenture.
Satheesan is recognized for driving financial transformation, establishing robust governance frameworks, and advising CEOs on strategic growth. His experience spans multiple sectors, including real estate, digital assets, and healthcare, with a strong focus on M&A and regulatory compliance.

Murtaza is the Chief Risk & Legal Officer of the FINTX Group and has oversight of the Compliance Function at the Group level - which includes Financial Regulatory Compliance and evaluation and implementation of all Policies and Procedures. Murtaza also serves as the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of the FINTX Group and all its subsidiaries. Murtaza brings 12 years of extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries – both in Private Practice Law and In-House – having worked at Allen & Overy LLP (London and Dubai), the e& Group, and the Astra Tech Group.

He has held senior roles at Tiqmo, Visa, IDEMIA, and Emaratech, and played a pivotal role in launching and scaling Tiqmo in Saudi Arabia. At FINTX, Affan leads Digital Payments, spearheading product innovation across trade finance, merchant acquiring, and cross-border payments to support FINTX’s evolution into a payments-driven company.
